Use of Services Buzz Party provides mobile bartending services within the Chicagoland area, bringing professional bartenders and quality service straight to your event location. Our services are available for people aged 21 and over, as alcohol service requires legal age verification. You must ensure that all your guests meet the applicable legal drinking age as required by law. Booking and Payments All bookings must be confirmed at least one week prior to the scheduled event date. Payments for our services must be made in full upon booking confirmation to secure your date and time. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and electronic transfers, among others detailed on our website.  Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you may do so up to 72 hours before your event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee as detailed in our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes to your booking are necessary.  Liability and Conduct Buzz Party is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants at your event. However, we cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by guests. It is your responsibility to ensure that all attendees drink responsibly and safely. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or cancel service at an event if our bartenders feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior or conduct.  Changes to Terms of Service Buzz Party may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.
